October 18, 2020 - Parker Martin grabs first win of the season at East Alabama Motor Speedway
1On Saturday afternoon Parker Martin invaded Cochran Motor Speedway (Cochran, Ga.) piloting his Martin’s Industrial No. 6jr Late Model. Reeling in a podium finish in the feature, Martin scored a second place outing.

1The following night at East Alabama Motor Speedway (Phenix City, Ala.), Parker secured his spot into the A-Main with a heat race victory. Outrunning Dana Eiland, Martin soared to his first win of the season over Eiland, Jack Mills, John Holdinghausen, and Dewayne Morris.

October 3, 2020 - 11th place finish in NASCAR weekend opener at TST
1Pulling double duty in the Super and Crate Late Model ranks, Parker Martin visited Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) on Friday night for NASCAR weekend. In a field of 26 cars, Martin posted the 21st fastest lap overall in time trials, which positioned him on the 11th row for the opening night feature. Coming one spot shy of a Top-10 finish, Parker marched forward 10 spots to place 11th.

1Drawing 35 Crate Racin’ USA series entries, Martin came in 15th fastest in qualifying, transferring him into the B-Main for another shot at the A-Main. Locking in the Top 4, Parker came one spot short with a fifth place outing.

For the $3,000-to-win B.J. Parker Memorial on Saturday, Parker followed up the 11th fastest time in his group with a third place finish in his B-Main. Slated to start the main event in 23rd, Martin was one of seven cars that failed to complete a lap.

In his Crate, Martin logged the eighth fastest time in his qualifying group, transferring him into the B-Main. Finishing second behind T.J. Brittain, Parker earned the 16th-starting position for the A-Main. With $2,500 on the line, Parker Martin pulled off early with nine-to-go.

September 26, 2020 - Parker Martin lands podium finish at Needmore Speedway
1 Saturday night found Parker Martin in action at Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Ga.) for the Crate Racin’ USA series sanctioned program. Recording the third fastest time in his qualifying group, Parker locked into the fifth-starting position for the $4,000-to-win A-Main. Gaining two spots in the 50-lap affair, Martin posted a third place finish behind Wil Herrington and Jordy Nipper with Jeff Mathews and Mark Whitener rounding out the Top-5.

September 19, 2020 - Top-5 finish with Iron-Man Series at Lake Cumberland
1Taking part in the Schaeffer’s Iron-Man Series doubleheader weekend, Parker Martin headed to Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Ky.) on Friday night for the Bobby Carrier Sr. Memorial. In a field of 21 cars, Martin edged his way into the opening night feature with a fifth place finish in his heat. With $5,000 on the line, Parker was an early retiree from the 40-lapper on lap 30.

The following night in a field of 24 cars at Lake Cumberland Speedway (Burnside, Ky.), Parker laid down the 12th fastest time overall in qualifying, which positioned him on the sixth row for the $5,000-to-win A-Main. Breaking into the Top-5, Martin marched forward seven spots to place fifth behind Ryan King, Devin Gilpin, Camaron Marlar, and Heath Hindman.

September 11, 2020 - Martin records 13th place finish in King of the Crates opener
1Parker Martin returned with the Crate Racin’ USA series on Friday night at North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, Ala.) for the King of the Crates doubleheader. In a field of 35 cars, Parker followed up the ninth fastest time in his qualifying group with a fifth place finish in his heat. Starting the $2,000-to-win A-Main in 19th, Martin marched forward six spots to register a 13th place finish.

Saturday night’s $3,000-to-win finale was wiped out by Mother Nature.

September 6, 2020 - 16th place finish in World Championship at Cochran
1Saturday night found Parker Martin in action at his home track of Cochran Motor Speedway (Cochran, Ga.) for the Chevrolet Performance World Championship. With 55 Crate Racin’ USA entries on hand for the two-day event, Parker timed in fourth fastest in his qualifying group before placing fifth in his heat. Transferring into the B-Main on Sunday for another shot at the $20,000-to-win A-Main, Martin came short with an eighth place outing. Receiving a provisional into the main event, Parker Martin marched forward eight spots in the 75-lap affair to place 16th.

August 21, 2020 - Martin attends World of Outlaws doubleheader in Pennsylvania
1Making the 11-hour trip north, Parker Martin traveled to Lincoln Speedway (Abbottstown, Pa.) on Thursday afternoon to take part in the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series sanctioned program. Drawing 38 cars for the Billy Vacek and Huey Wilcoxon Memorial, Martin was one of two cars that failed to record a lap in time trials. Posting a 10th place finish in his heat race, Parker transferred into the B-Main for one last shot at the opening night feature. Locking the Top 3 into the $12,000-to-win A-Main, Martin marched forward six spots to place fifth but fell short of transferring.

The following night at Williams Grove Speedway (Mechanicsburg, Pa.) for the $10,000 top prize, Parker came in 18th fastest in his qualifying group before placing 10th in his heat. Needing a third place finish or better in his B-Main to make the A-Main, Martin recorded a ninth place outing.

July 19, 2020 - 13th place finish in Southern Nationals stop at Cochran
1Parker Martin made his debut with the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals on Friday evening at Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Ga.) for the sixth round of the 12-race miniseries. Drawing 27 cars, Martin came one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a fifth place finish. Scoring a runner-up spot in his B-Main behind Brian Connor, Parker earned the 18th-starting position for the $10,053-to-win A-Main. He was an early retiree from the 53-lap affair on lap 41 while being credited with a 15th place outing.

1Returning to action on Sunday at his home track of Cochran Motor Speedway (Cochran, Ga.), Parker posted an eighth place finish in his B-Main, which positioned him 18th on the starting grid for the main event. 1Parker Martin invaded Crossville Speedway (Crossville, Tenn.) on Friday evening piloting his Martin General Contractors No. 6jr Late Model for the American Crate All-Star Series sanctioned Thunder in the Mountains. 1After losing Friday night’s opener to Mother Nature, Parker Martin returned with the Crate Racin’ USA series on Saturday afternoon at Tri-County Speedway (Pollard, Ala.) for the Freedom 50. May 23, 2020 - Top 5 Finish in Crate Racin' USA Action at Cochran
1Friday night found Parker Martin in action at Cochran Motor Speedway (Cochran, Ga.) kicking off the Memorial Day weekend with the Crate Racin’ USA series. With 26 cars on hand for the two-day event, Martin secured his spot into the opening night feature with the third fastest lap in his time trial group. Rolling off fifth, Parker held his spot for all 50-laps to register a fifth place finish behind Cody Overton, Jordy Nipper, Max Blair, and Jody Knowles.

The following night, Martin laid down the second fastest time in his group, which positioned him fourth on the starting grid for the $2,500-to-win finale. Losing three spots in the 50-lap affair, Parker posted a seventh place outing.

April 27, 2020 - iRacing Invitational Brings Martin Eldora Speedway

On Saturday evening at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee) for the Tennessee Tipoff, Parker came in eighth in his heat, giving him one more shot at the $12,000-to-win A-Main with a B-Main appearance. Sending the Top 3 into the show, Martin fell back to an eighth-place finish.

February 29, 2020 - Martin Attends Tuckassee Toilet Bowl Classic at Clarksville

February 15, 2020 - Parker Martin Begins DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia
1On Tuesday afternoon Parker Martin kicked off his 2020 season at Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida) for the 49th annual DIRTcar Nationals. Drawing 48 DIRTcar Late Models, Martin laid down the sixth fastest lap in his time trial group before placing 6th in his heat race. Needing a 3rd place finish or better in his B-Main to make the A-Main, Parker logged an 8th place outing.

February 4, 2020 - Parker Martin Set to Embark on Ambitious 2020 Campaign
1Parker Martin has quickly established himself as one of dirt late model racing’s rising young stars. Martin is set to embark on his most ambitious season to date in 2020. (Mike Horne photo)

The team has equipped their Longhorn Chassis with a fresh RY45 powerplant by Custom Race Engines for 2020, shifting a majority of their focus to the Super Late Model ranks.

“I am thankful that I have the opportunity to race with the best Super Late Model drivers,” said Martin. “We are getting new equipment for our cars and testing it out preparing for race. I’m a little nervous, but new challenges make me want to try even harder and prove that I can do it.” <<MORE>>


January 3, 2020 - Parker Martin Ends 2019 Season with Three Wins
The 2019 season saw Parker Martin compete in a total of 20 events behind the wheel of his Martin General Contractors No. 6jr Longhorn Chassis Late Model. Losing six of his scheduled dates to Mother Nature, Martin collected three wins, eight Top-5 finishes, and 12 Top-10 outings.

November 30, 2019 - Runner-up Finish in Second Round of Gobbler at CMS
1Friday night found Parker Martin in action at Cochran Motor Speedway (Cochran, Georgia) piloting his Martin General Contractors No. 6jr Crate Late Model entry for the two-day Gobbler 100. After recording the seventh fastest lap in his time trial group, Martin passed six cars in the opening night feature to place 7th.

Earning the fifth-starting position for the $2,000-to-win finale on Saturday evening, Martin improved three spots to place 2nd behind Jeremy Faircloth with Jake Rainey, Corey Dunn, and Tyler Nicely rounding out the Top-5.

November 2, 2019 - Top 10 Finish in Crate Portion of National 100 at EAMS
